Pendo Initiative is hosting an online event featuring a lineup of speakers who were successful in finding jobs and careers in Japan without participating in the traditional shukatsu method. Speakers from a variety of industries (education, finance, entertainment, human resources, etc.) will be sharing their unconventional job-hunting experiences.
